My brother recently acquired a line drawing, by an artist called "Ernest Holgate".
The picture is dated 1901 and the title is "Votre Sante".
On the back of the frame is a label it states:-
W. H. Watt & Co. Ltd,
Fine Art Dealers & Picture Frame Manufacturers,
Compton House,
Liverpool.
We have searched the Internet without any success and had no replies from various art dealers.
Please can you help with any information.
