Walter Grant (Snr) was born on the 6th October, 1896., in Sheffield. South Yorkshire.

He married, Edith Hollingsworth, born on the 22nd July, 1896., in Sheffield. South Yorkshire.

Walter (Snr) died on the 30th September, 1969., and Edith died on the 29th November, 1976.

Walter (Snr) & Edith had 2 children:-

	Walter (Jnr) - born 30.12.1919 - died 23rd May, 1975
